Job Description: Labourer (Lincolnshire)

We’re looking for an Irrigation Labourer to join our team based in Spalding, Lincolnshire, helping install turf irrigation systems across the UK. This job is hands-on and physical, involving fitting pumps, pipes and valves, so it’s ideal for someone who has some experience of working outdoors in a physically demanding role. You’ll be travelling and working away during the week, working as part of a small team on sites around the country. You’ll be working outdoors year-round, and full training will be provided, so industry experience isn’t essential if you’re willing to learn.

Working hours: This is a permanent role with a six-month probation period. Hours are Monday- Friday. Work away from home in the working week is required.

Location: This role is a field-based role, working at customer locations throughout the UK. Our offices are based in Darsham, Suffolk with site premises in Spalding, Lincolnshire.

Pay: A rate of pay is negotiable dependent upon relevant experience and qualifications.

We’re looking for a practical, hands-on Irrigation Engineer to join our Spalding, Lincolnshire team, with outdoor work experience and some knowledge of pumps and irrigation systems. We install, service and maintain agricultural, sports turf and golf irrigation systems, including pumping plant, and pipe. You’ll be travelling and working away during the week, working as part of a small team on sites around the country. For the right candidate, on-the-job training will be provided.
